All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, so delivery is fast no matter where you are in the country. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for a full refund of the item price.
To start a return, just email us at info@voltcrateworks.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
